    Mackenzie’s 15th Annual Beach Cleanup

    Mackenzie’s Beach Cleanup is in it’s 15th and final year.  It was started by then 4-year old Mackenzie when she noticed that the beaches were dirty. Currently, Mackenzie is an environmental fellow at Stetson University in Florida!

    Join us Saturday May 6, 2023 from 10AM to 2PM

    There will be two check-in tables. One at Walnut Beach and one at Silver Sands State Park.  Be sure to arrive promptly at 10:00AM for a special presentation!

    Cleaning supplies will be provided, and free ice cream for the first 100 volunteers,  courtesy of the Walnut Beach Creamery.
