Named in honor of W.B.A. past-President, longtime community advocate, and our friend, Joe Garbus.  This award recognizes community High School seniors who demonstrate a commitment to our community and seek a post-secondary education in Environmental Studies, Community Leadership, or Arts Education.

Scholarship Prizes

Three $500 scholarships are available annually, one in each post-secondary category…
